I started in the financial services industry in 2002 and have worked my way up to become the Director of Estate and Property Ltd (trading as CLA Financial). Although our head office is in High Bentham near Lancaster, I moved down to Witney, West Oxfordshire in 2011 with my husband and two children and I now work from home in Madley Park.

As a mum of two children I know how difficult it can be trying to juggle work and family. This is why I have a flexible approach to working and can offer evening appointments to fit in best with our clients’ busy lifestyles. Ken Durkin

I became an IFA in August 1991. I also have experience as a teacher at a high school and a Sixth Form College, and I have lectured at the Open University. As an IFA, my main areas of interest are advising on open market pension options, advice on structured products, and advising older people about equity release mortgages.  In my spare time I enjoy walking the fells with my wife Barbara, and singing. I’m a member of two local choirs. I am based at the head office in High Bentham, near Lancaster.
