How are we paid?

A fee of £350 is payable when you apply for a mortgage. We will also be paid commission from the lender. You will receive a mortgage illustration which will detail any fees relating to a particular mortgage application. Additional fees may apply for complex or specialist lending cases including bridging finance, self-build, development finance or adverse credit which will be outlined on an illustration before any business is transacted.

There is no charge for an initial consultation.
